It is good to praise God with music and song. Christians
do not all use music in the exact same ways. Some allow no
musical instruments to be used in buildings set apart for
worship and preaching. Some make use of just about every
kind of instrument known, and others only use a few instruments
that are considered more traditional for Christian music and
worship. Some sing mostly hymns while others sing very few
hymns, preferring contemporary spiritual songs and music styles.
I prefer more traditional Christian music and lots of hymns, but
I thank God for the many "new songs" being born in the hearts of
believers every day.
