It's a fact: Jesus Makes Everything
Better
No doubt about it, a life that is
saturated by the Presence and blessing of the Lord Jesus Christ
is to be preferred above any other kind of human existence.
No matter how smart or how educated or how wealthy, famous or
privileged we may be without Christ, we cannot reach the level
of happiness and meaning that the lowliest and most
underprivileged Christian knows. Jesus makes any kind of
life meaningful, hopeful and joyful.
Don't misunderstand me. No one
should run to claim faith in Jesus simply to try and add some
happiness to their lives. We come to Christ Jesus for
rescuing when we yield to the demands of the Gospel, responding
by faith to the call of God's own Holy Spirit. Faith in
Jesus is not simply an additional value we may wish to add to a
life already aimed at success. Genuine faith in Jesus
Christ is a gift of God's grace to all who have come to see
themselves as sinners in need of salvation. Once we truly
catch a glimpse of who Jesus is, we turn to Him in humility,
surrender and faith. And that is when everything inside of
us changes.
If you don't know the Lord, then all
these words of mine will likely seem like just so much religious
jargon and terminology. You will no doubt think that I am
simply using a particular set of "Christian" terms and phrases
to describe the embracing of a form of religion. But I am
not urging anyone to get religious, to believe in God, or to try
and become a better person. What I am doing is admitting
that anyone and everyone is happier (regardless of the
circumstances they may face) when they know the Lord Jesus
Christ and walk with Him each day.

personal witness, for church programs, and other Christian
activities. There is no charge for this use, so long as
the copyright/credit info remains visible in the image. An
excellent graphic for many Christian uses, including greeting
cards, as invitations, bulletin board notices for plays, skits,
retreats, parties and other activities.
